Returns Policy

Dark Fashion Clothing will do our utmost to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied when they shop with us. However, we understand that occasionally customers may wish to return items.

Faulty Goods

Dark Fashion Clothing policies for refunds, exchanges and returns do not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. If you would like more advice about your statutory rights with regards to goods returns, information is available at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

Please note that we cannot accept returns of personalised or specially made to order products.

Cooling Off Period

Products may be sent back to us for a refund, excluding delivery charges, for up to 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, or returned for an exchange for up to 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or for any other reason, this includes your statutory cooling off period. Any products returned to Dark Fashion Clothing must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. International exchanges may incur additional delivery charges

Please include your name, address and phone number with any return along with a note of your preference of a refund, or the item(s) you wish to exchange for. Dark Fashion Clothing cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure returns reach us safely, we would recommend using a recorded delivery service to be safe, such as Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.

Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK as we will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office that require a fee to paid by ourselves.

Returns of clothing, bags and accessories have a handling/restocking charge of £3 per item and £5 per item for larger items such as coats, jackets and corset/dresses.  For returns of faulty goods we will refund the full order value including delivery charges. For UK clothing orders which do not have free delivery we will not charge this fee.

If items have been ordered into stock from our suppliers to fulfil your order and the order is cancelled before despatch, Returns of clothing have a handling/restocking charge.

We are not able to refund for personalised (for example rings engraved with names or dates etc.) or specially made to order items. We are also unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear, body jewellery or earrings due to hygiene laws, except with regards to statutory rights regarding faulty good or goods unfit for purpose.

Refunds will only be made to the payment card used for purchase of any orders. If a gift recipient wishes to return a purchase, we are unable to offer a cash refund, however, we can offer a gift certificate or exchange.

Our refund policy does not in any way alter your statutory rights regarding the return of goods under UK laws.

Returns should be made by an insured and recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail special delivery.
