There is only a single delivery charge per order, for all countries. Delivery charges do not increase for orders of multiple items, even if we have to despatch your order in several parcels.

Unfortunately we have had to suspend deliveries to Europe at this time due to the customs and Vat changes from 1st July, as most of our suppliers are still awaiting their new IOSS numbers from HMRC. Which means customers would be charged significant Vat and customs charges at the moment.

Delivery is free for UK orders over £50. Most items are delivered in the UK within 1-4 days and International within 7-14 days, however, footwear from New Rock and Demonia takes longer as they are first sent to us from their stocks in Spain and USA and then we post on to you. This usually takes 7-14 days for UK orders of in stock styles and varies for international delivery.
When we receive an order we will email as soon as possible with the estimated delivery time. If you are unhappy with the expected delivery time, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
We do not charge any additional taxes, all applicable UK taxes are included in the prices but international deliveries to certain countries may require tax or duty to be paid to customs, when the items are received (Delivered At Place (DAP)).
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any delivery charges, or for an exchange for up to 30 days from delivery. International exchanges may incur additional delivery charges. Items returned must be in the original saleable condition. This does not affect any statutory rights under UK law.
Please include your name, address and phone number with any return along with a note of your preference of a refund, or the item(s) you wish to exchange for. Dark Fashion Clothing cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure returns reach us safely, we would recommend using a recorded delivery service to be safe, such as Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.
Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK as we will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office that require a fee to paid by ourselves.
Returns of clothing, bags and accessories have a handling/restocking charge of £3 per item and £5 for coats, footwear returns have a handling/restocking charge of £15 per pair (footwear return charge also applies for cancellation of orders after they have been despatched to us from international brands as our return costs with international delivery are high). For returns of faulty goods we will refund the full order value including delivery charges. For UK clothing orders which do not have free delivery we will not charge this fee.
Earrings, body jewellery, underwear, swimwear are generally non returnable for hygiene reasons and can only be returned for reasons of statutory rights. Personalised or custom made products can also only be returned for reasons of statutory rights.
