Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any delivery charges, or for an exchange for up to 30 days from delivery. International exchanges may incur additional delivery charges. Items returned must be in the original saleable condition. This does not affect any statutory rights under UK law. Returns of clothing, bags and accessories have a handling/restocking charge of £3 per item and £5 per item for larger items such as coats, jackets and corset/dresses.
