Most items are delivered in the UK within 1-4 days and International within 5-10 days, however, some brands may take a little longer.
When we receive an order we will email as soon as possible with the estimated delivery time. If you are unhappy with the expected delivery time, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any delivery charges, or for an exchange for up to 30 days from delivery. Items returned must be in the original saleable condition. This does not affect any statutory rights under UK law. Returns of clothing, bags and accessories have a handling/restocking charge of £2 per item, footwear returns have a handling/restocking charge of £10 per pair.
